Exercise is good for you, no matter how old you are! It is important that children and teens get at least 1 hour of physical activity a day. Adults and seniors need at least 30 minutes of physical activity 5 days a week. This reduces your risk of getting many types of diseases. It also reduces stress, helps you sleep better, and improves mental health.  (Click here for more info) ​
